Field Service Technician/Installer
Colorado Time Systems, the leader and innovator in the aquatic timing and scoring industry, is looking for traveling installation technician to join the technical support team.
The service tech’s main responsibilities include performing onsite repairs, service and installation, as well as visiting the customer sites prior to construction to assess the location’s needs. The amount of travel for the position may be as high as 75% during peak periods. When not on the road, the technician will be assisting customers via phone at our office in Loveland, Colorado.
Minimum requirements for the position include: a 2-year electronic technician degree; 2+ years of electronics repair/installation experience; ability to lift 75 lbs overhead, stand on scaffolding or tall ladders, bend, twist and work in small spaces; a valid driver’s license and the ability to rent a car.
Knowledge of swimming and bilingual skills are a plus. In order to be considered for the position, you must pass an electronics test and have a clean motor vehicle report. Sales Administrator - Domestic Market
Summary:
Responsible for administrative support of the domestic sales team, including processing sales
orders, preparing and submitting proposals, fulfilling information requests, maintaining
customer contact databases. Requires excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and customer contact
database (preferably GoldMine or similar). Must be highly organized, able to shift priorities
quickly, and handle tight deadlines. Attention to detail, outstanding interpersonal relations and
customer phone skills a must! Experience with Corel Draw would be a plus.
Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years college-level courses in marketing, business, or related (desirable)
*Excellent phone demeanor
*Above-average grammar skills, both written and verbal
*Minimum of 4 years related sales administrative experience
*Working knowledge of Corel Draw desirable
*Strong multi-tasking skills
*Strong PC skills
*Experience using a Windows-based system
*Willingness and eagerness to take on further responsibilities and/or learn new skills, either with direction from a supervisor or on your own
